Pixogift offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who encounter difficulties redeeming their digital codes. If you experience any problems with the code provided, our team will work with you to resolve the issue within 30 days of purchase. In cases where the code is determined to be invalid or unredeemable, we will issue a full refund within this period.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
All products sold on Pixogift consist of digital gift card codes, which are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to:
- Accept returns
- Exchange codes once they have been delivered
Before completing your order, please select the correct gift card product, including the appropriate region, currency, and brand. Once a code has been sent, we cannot verify whether it has been redeemed and, therefore, cannot restock or resell it.
